Refund & Return Policy

We work to maintain clean booking slots. This policy outlines our refund and exchange guidelines for training sessions, facility rentals, and apparel pre-orders.

1. Private Instruction (1-on-1 Sessions)

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made under 24 hours are non-refundable and are subject to the full session fee.

2. Seasonal Camps & Clinics

Camp registrations are non-refundable within 14 days of the camp start date. Prior to this, cancellations are eligible for a refund minus a 15% administration fee.

3. Court Rentals

Private hardwood court bookings cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or account credit. Court rentals cancelled under 48 hours are non-refundable.

4. Apparel Merchandise

Pre-ordered physical training gear can be exchanged for alternative sizing within 14 days of pickup, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. We do not issue cash refunds for physical merchandise once picked up.
