Terms & Conditions

By accessing the training services, tournament rosters, or facility rentals of Kingdom Performance Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Medical & Liability Releases

All athletes participating in our court training, camps, or competitive rosters must have a completed and signed Liability Waiver on file. Parents or legal guardians must complete this for players under 18 years old.

2. Scheduling Constraints

All group sessions, 1-on-1 private training, and court rental hours must be scheduled and paid in full prior to court access. Session slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Facility Code of Conduct

Kingdom Performance Academy maintains a positive, character-driven sports environment. Coarse language, unsportsmanlike behavior, or intentional property damage will lead to immediate cancellation of memberships without refund.
